DAKOTA WINTRODE

Dakota began teaching group fitness classes in 2019 at Northeastern University but her journey actually started in middle school using her parents' at home workout videos. She has always loved the energy of a group class and how pushing each other leads to progress in personal goals. As an AFAA certified instructor, her favorite classes to teach are HIIT and strength classes with high energy and a good playlist. She recently graduated from Northeastern and is getting used to her 9-5 schedule and fitting in fitness at night and on the weekends.

Dakota is originally from the Jersey shore but has been in Boston for the past six years. She is definitely a city girl but on the weekends she can be found driving back to the shore to the beach, up to Vermont to ski, or at AMC South Bay for a movie. Her current fitness goal is to complete a triathlon, catch her at BURN to crosstrain!
