After moving from Australia to Boston in 2009, Lily rediscovered her passion for fitness. She tried out all kinds of boutique fitness classes from spin, barre, bootcamp, yoga, dance and kickboxing. After becoming a group fitness junkie, she decided to start teaching fitness to share the love and help others on their fitness journeys. Lily also spends her time coaching dragon boat on the Boston 1 Dragon Boat Team out on Boston Harbor, where she has trained National level dragon boat athletes. She's also a scientist by training having lead an 8 person research group at Harvard. With all these things together, Lily brings her energy, love of fitness, personality and humor to every class while making sure you get your butt kicked!
Lily's fitness certifications include: Group exercise instructor (Aerobic and Fitness Association of America AFAA), UrbanKick (AFAA and ACE recognized).
