Talia Glickman-Simon   Talia began practicing yoga in 2012. Since then, yoga has been at the center of Talia’s life, forming the basis of her sense of wellbeing. Talia earned her 200-hour certification at Yogaworks Back Bay and teaches at a number of yoga studios in the Greater Boston area. She is particularly interested in Trauma Informed Yoga and Prenatal Yoga. Her mission as a yoga instructor is to help others feel physically, mentally, and emotionally grounded through their yoga practice.  Talia is a Master of Public Health candidate at Boston University's School of Public Health. She is focusing her studies on Maternal and Child Health and yoga’s benefits from a public health perspective. Talia is also pursuing a birth doula certification through DONA International.
