As a multi-discipline certified instructor for over 15 years, Sarah Beck is a leading fitness pedagogue. Her biggest passion is serving others and nurturing and empowering students to realize how strong and capable they truly are. Sarah's background includes working with students of all ages, skill levels, physical capabilities. Some of her favorite memories come from coaching and teaching professional athletes. Her background includes yoga, anti-gravity fitness, pilates, TRX, barre, pole fitness, cardio group fitness, and CPR / AED. Sarah is known for teaching a very empowering class, that can be tailored to meet the highest of athletic standards for an advanced level student, as well as a very custom modified, hands on class for a beginner level student with physical limitations.
