Sara Warnock is an enthusiastic coach and trainer with a background in sports and CrossFit whose passion for exercise is the first thing anyone notices about her. Sara grew up playing both volleyball and basketball, and continued her volleyball career at Wesleyan University. While at Wesleyan, Sara honed in on her passion for fitness and decided she liked lifting weights as much (if not more!) as she liked playing volleyball. Every free moment was spent in the gym working on building strength and learning new techniques. Held back by some serious injuries in college, Sara is no stranger to rehab and corrective movement exercises. A true foodie at heart, Sara loves to cook and eat. Her favorite foods include tacos and any kind of seafood. Sara has inspired friends and family to lead healthier lifestyles, and hopes to do the same for the people of Boston. She believes that fitness should be fun, and can be achieved by anyone at any time in life.
Sara is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a CrossFit Level-1 Trainer.
