Throughout Lyndsay's childhood, she was an avid figure skater and was passionate about the angles, moves, and fluidity that skating is all about. As she grew older, she realized her dream of becoming an Olympic skater was no longer plausible, so she did what she could do to continue her passion, which is where her love for yoga began. She realized a lot of what she did in figure skating was directly related to the movement and flow of yoga. She had a passion for teaching when she started taking Yoga Sculpt classes in December 2015.
She became certified in April 2015, at Core Power Yoga. She is looking forward to growing in her Yoga career!
In addition to Sculpt Yoga, Lyndsay works at Boston Children's Hospital as Coordinator of their Pediatric Stroke and Cerebrovascular Center. She has a passion for helping others, especially in stressful situations.
Aside from yoga, her passions in life include her 9 pound Pomsky Luna, and hanging out with family, and good friends.
