Leah Thompson   Leah is a fourth year student in the direct entry Physical Therapy program at Northeastern University, with a minor in global health. An athlete all through her childhood, she loved the energy of working out as a team. Her passion for the power of movement was one of the contributing factors to her decision to study physical therapy. In college, she fell in love with group fitness and decided to become an instructor, obtaining her AFAA Group Fitness Instructor certification in May of 2015. She loves exploring new fitness trends and thinking of new ways to keep the whole class challenged and engaged.  When she’s not studying, teaching, or working out, you can find Leah exploring Boston through its coffee and ice cream shops, restaurants, and beautiful neighborhoods.
