Julia strives to create fun, energizing, and challenging workouts that leave you feeling empowered and accomplished. She has practiced Pilates for over ten years and has been teaching group fitness classes since her senior year of college in 2012. At the beginning of 2018, Julia received her formal Mat 1 Pilates training through the Balanced Body program.
When she’s not practicing or teaching Pilates, Julia is a middle school science teacher who enjoys the hustle and bustle of working with this age group. She also teaches yoga and Pilates classes at the middle school! In her free time, she loves spending time cooking, skiing, hiking, and enjoying the outdoors.
