Jae is a NASM certified personal trainer and weightloss specialist. He is currently finishing his Doctorate program for physical therapy in Northeastern University.
Jae’s fitness journey started in 2009 with competitive bodybuilding as a teenager and branched out to powerlifting, HIIT, and mobility exercises. Jae has recently gotten himself in to olympic weightlifting, which may be daunting at first but nevertheless fun!
