Jillian fell in love with group fitness after her very first class. She loves the stimulating atmosphere and camaraderie among participants. As an instructor, Jillian strives to provide an outlet from the craziness of every day life with a high energy cycling workout; utilizing intervals and high resistance to push your limits. You will leave her workout feeling accomplished, refreshed, and basking in the post workout high.
Outside of the studio, Jillian is a student at Tufts University's Physician Assistant Program. You can find her studying at local coffee shops, shopping at local farmer's markets, or working on her own healthy recipes!
