Hayley first found her love for all things health and fitness after enrolling in a bootcamp program in her hometown of Canton, MA. She found working out with a group of like-minded people energizing and became an avid group fitness participant for many years before deciding to take her passion into teaching in 2019. Her fitness philosophy is "do what feels good" and seeks to help others find the fun in fitness with upbeat and motivating classes that challenge students to push themselves past their perceived limits.
Always down for a challenge, Hayley enjoys experimenting with new exercises that push past her comfort zone and is currently training for the NYC Marathon. When she's not teaching classes, you can likely find her drinking too much coffee or photographing her post-workout snack for her Instagram and fitness blog, Healthy Hayley.
