How do I join?

We offer options for everyone!  For those who prefer not to enlist in unlimited class memberships, you can purchase individual classes or class packages.  To join, sign-up on our web site, and we'll have you burning up in no time!

 

I’ve never enjoyed exercise. Why BURN?

Working out by yourself does get boring and grinding on the treadmill week after week just plain stinks. That’s why we offer innovative, workout experiences in a group setting that are constantly evolving to change the way people think about fitness.



I have never taken classes like these before.  Can I do it?

It really depends on your fitness level but the majority of people do fine in their first class. The  workouts are challenging, but we do offer modifications and proper coaching to ensure that everyone can participate in our classes.

If you do have a severe medical condition, we do recommended that you consult with a physician to assess your fitness level. 

 

Do you have changing rooms, lockers, and showers?

Yes, we have all of the above.  We also do provide complimentary lock loaners, but feel free to bring your own lock if like.  

 

What should I bring to class?

Wear comfortable work-out clothes. If you are taking a Bike BURN class, bring either your SPD-compatible cycling shoes or sneakers, as we do not provide rental cycling shoes.  If you have your own Yoga mat, feel free to bring it but we do provide complimentary mats.

Feel free to bring your own hydration drink but we do have bottled water for sale. We also have filtered water to fill up your own water bottle.

If you tend to perspire a lot, no worries... we provide workout towels at no extra charge. 

 

Is it necessary to reserve a spot in class before I show up?

If you are in the neighborhood and really have the urge to workout, we'd love for you to drop by and see if there are any available spots for an upcoming class. Some classes, however, will sell out in advance. As such, we highly recommend making a reservation for a class if you want a guaranteed spot in the class. Reservations can be made up to 2 weeks in advance using our online reservation system.

 

Is there parking at the studio?

There is metered parking, limited visitor parking spots, and public paring garages nearby both of our studio locations in the South End and Back Bay. There are also several Hubway bike stations close to our studios.

 

Is there a penalty for cancelling class?

Class reservations must be cancelled online at least 12 hours before the class begins. For each late cancel, Per Class members will lose that class, and Unlimited members will be charged $15 ($20 for No-Shows).

You can cancel a class by visiting our website or through the BURN App (just make sure that you are logged into your account).

 

How do I cancel my monthly Autopay membership?

After meeting the minimum contact term, memberships can be cancelled by sending an email to info@burnfitboston.com (72 hour notice prior to payment date is required).
