As the daughter of a personal trainer, Erica grew up in an environment that emphasized the importance of having fun while living a healthy, active lifestyle. A lifelong soccer player and avid runner, she earned her Mad Dogg Spinning certification her freshman year at Boston College and quickly got hooked, getting certified as a Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise shortly afterward.
After teaching more than seven different formats of group fitness at BC and beyond, Erica believes that it’s important to switch it up in an exercise routine. She ascribes to a fitness philosophy that includes diverse workouts from creative circuit training to cycling classes with the goal of building both strength and endurance. She completed her first marathon in Chicago in 2016, and is looking forward to her next fitness challenge.
