BURN CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Many of our BURN classes are specifically designed to include high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to take your fitness, muscle strength, fat loss, and maximum calorie BURN to the next level.

HIIT is an exercise strategy that alternates periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. These short, intense workouts provide enhanced athletic performance, improved glucose metabolism, and efficient fat burning.
