Cara McInnes

Cara started practicing yoga in 2015. She has been active her whole life, and was looking for a way to strengthen her mind, as well as her body. She quickly fell in love with the practice as it provided mental clarity, while also challenged her physically.

Cara completed her 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher certification through CorePower Yoga. You can expect to find a balance of strength and serenity in her classes, lead through a vinyasa style flow. She strives to create a space where her students will feel welcomed and empowered, and will leave her class feeling renewed.
