Blair is a lifestyle and food blogger behind balancewithb.com and is also a certified yoga instructor. After years of competitive sports, after college, yoga was the one thing that helped Blair slow down, become more present, and appreciate all that her body can do. It has increased both her mental strength and her focus, which she hopes to share with others. In her classes, she wants students to feel empowered on their mats, no matter what their level is and honor their bodies and how they are feeling on any given day. She hopes to act as a guide, supporting students and making them feel at ease so they can continue to have a dedicated yoga practice. She feels that yoga is the one time of the day where you can tune out, play, move your body, and just be yourself to whatever degree that means to you!
Her goal is inspire others to embrace a healthy lifestyle in order to feel their best and empower others to feel confident in themselves both mentally and physically, especially in her yoga classes. She feels grateful everyday that she is able to use her blog as a vehicle to be open about her life, hoping that it brings others a sense of clarity, confidence, or inspiration within themselves. Blair earned her 200-hour certification through Core Power and continues to practice different styles daily in order to enhance her own teaching.
