Abigail is excited to share her yoga practice with you while she guides you through yours. Her yoga practice began at a time when she needed rest and recuperation and it has grown to be a vital part of her life. With an academic background in human development and psychology from the U.S. and yoga training from India, Abigail is passionate about combining the best of the eastern and western views. She is certified to teach all ages and her classes combine healing and strength through asana, pranayama, and philosophy. As a trained LoveYourBrain yoga teacher, Abigail believes in the therapeutic benefits of yoga and how they can help not only everyone, but especially individuals who are living with brain injury.
